Warwick Has Received A Resolution To Grant Planning Consent

Saunders are pleased to announce that Westwood Heath Road, Warwick has received a Resolution to Grant planning consent, subject to S106 agreements. The hybrid planning application includes an Outline Consent for up to 425 dwellings of which 129 dwellings form a detailed RM first phase, a 400sqm retail convenience store, a well-landscaped public open space, and recreational facilities. The development by Crest Nicholson will provide a range of housing types and tenures; including terraced, detached and semi-detached houses, townhouses and apartments.
