Repton Park, Parcel 9 consented! Great to see this Taylor Wimpey scheme in Ashford finally consented at committee last night after a lot of hard work and negotiation. Looking forward to seeing this scheme for 31 apartments, flexible ground floor employment floor space and associated parking court take shape soon.

Green Light For Major Kirkby Retail Scheme

Proposals for the regeneration of Kirkby Town Centre have been unanimously approved by Planning Committee. The development includes a 46,000ft² Morrisons supermarket, twelve retail units, two drive-thru restaurants, and a petrol filling station. Construction is due to start early next year and complete in 2019.
