Alison joined Saunders in 2006 and has over 20 years HR experience. She performs a full and diverse range of human resources functions that support management and staff across all four offices. This involves assisting with recruitment and induction of new staff and managing the performance of current employees. Alison ensures that all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
Alison also facilitates Saunders’ accreditation process as a Principal Designer with Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) as well as the submission of pre-qualification questionnaires, when part of tendering procedures.
