Saunders were appointed to provide the working drawing packages for the first two phases of this 93 hectare development. The development is on former farmland and in total provided 2,000 dwellings and local amenities including a new primary school; retail food store up to 2,000 sq m; health centre; district energy centre and car parking.
The first phases comprise 425 private and affordable homes with public space. The mix of properties includes one and two bedroom apartments and two to five bedroom houses. With an emphasis on detail design and materials, the homes are designed with a crisp modern aesthetic and all dwellings achieve Level 4 Code for Sustainable Homes.
