Crest Nicholson Eastern

Saunders is architect and lead consultant for the delivery of this residential-led, mixed use scheme on the site of the former Essex Brewery.

The development comprises two buildings of 7 and 8 storeys, each accessed from multiple cores. Construction started on site in May 2017 and was completed late 2019.
