Martin talks Garden Cities on Talk Radio

14-07-2020

As Welwyn Garden City residents, Saunders are perfectly placed to talk all about Garden Cities and so our Managing Director, Martin Williams, was invited to talk about Ebenezer Howard’s vision with Penny Smith on Talk Radio last month.

From the aesthetics of green spaces to the way that garden cities were funded, the pair discussed both the history of garden cities and the benefits of living and working in such a town during the recent Covid-19 lockdown, and the opportunities for new towns designed along these principles for the future.

Take a listen and let us know your views on this 100-year-old concept!
