Supporting A2Dominion develop 57 new affordable homes

18-02-2020

Saunders have produced working drawings for a new residential development for a2Dominion, a housing association building affordable homes across the UK. The site is located on the southern side of the Western Avenue A40, one of the major roads into London, and near a central parade of shops and petrol filling station. The scheme is 100% affordable, split between affordable rent (52%) and shared ownership (48%), with a 10% wheelchair requirement.

The Perivale residential development consists of two blocks providing a total of 57 apartments over 8-9 storeys. Both blocks will have separate entrances, stairs and two passenger lifts along with refuse and cycle storage, ground level parking for 5 disabled spaces, and amenity space including a children’s play area.
