Awards, Statistics And Training Opportunities

We know that Saunders is a great place to work but now we’ve got the evidence to prove it!

For example, 40% of our team have worked at Saunders for over 15 years; 12% for 20 years. Our commitment to our people has been recognised, and we’re proud to share that we are finalists in the Chamber of Commerce Inspiring Herts Awards - Excellence in People Development, along with two business of the year categories.

For a long time now, we’ve invested in training for our whole team and for local school leavers and graduates, offering many “earn as you learn” opportunities alongside financial and training support. To consolidate this commitment, we have joined The 5% Club, a national, industry-led initiative promoting the recruitment of apprentices, graduates and sponsored students.

If you’d like to find out more about the our current team or are looking for opportunities to join us, please visit our website or contact us directly.
