Conservation & Heritage

Saunders Partnership are experienced at delivering developments involving the conservation of the natural environment, from the refurbishment and preservation of listed and historic buildings or the retention of sensitive facades - a number of our projects demonstrate a sensitive approach to the restoration of our architectural heritage, working closely with specialist Heritage Architects. The Practice has undertaken numerous refurbishment projects, including listed buildings, such as Westminster House, York House in central London and The Grange in Petersfield. We have a sensitive approach to the restoration of buildings which form part of our architectural heritage and we understand the importance of finding new uses to enhance and prolong the life of buildings which might otherwise fall into disrepair. One of our most recent appointments involves the restoration and refurbishment of the Grade II listed Royal Hospital building in Wolverhampton.
