Saunders Partnership were appointed in 2007 on this project to provide a replacement clubhouse building associated parking, with all weather football pitches.

Dunstable Community Centre

The redevelopment of the Peter Newton Sports Pavilion was designed and constructed in full consultation with joint clients Dunstable Town Council and the Bedfordshire Football Association.
The scheme comprises of a predominantly single storey building, with the ground floor totalling 830 sq.m in size which comprises of a main hall, changing rooms, toilets, offices, bar, kitchen and storage facilities. There is a small open plan first floor providing 64 sq.m of office accommodation.
The pavilion also provides additional community uses in the form of a Council Chamber, training and community room has also been provided.
The development has 44 car parking spaces, of which 4 would be dedicated for use by people with disabilities.
The project was completed on time, on budget, opening in 2010
