Saunders Partnership were commissioned from feasibility to completion on this development in Kings Lynn.
The development would reuse ‘previously developed land’ and would also bring the vacant scrub land at the rear of the Campbell’s Factory in to productive use.

The overall development included a 112,500 sq.ft Tesco and 58,000 sq.ft Dobbies, Hotel, Pub, Car Showroom and Petrol Filling Station, in addition the development also would provide over 4.6 hectares of employment land, located in the southwest corner of the site split into two phases.
Phase 1
Comprised of 11,000 sqft of B1 offices, 23,500 sq.ft of B2 industrial units and 25,000 sq.ft B8 distribution. All have been completed and already have tenancies under offer. This commitment to deliver and implement employment floor space supported the regeneration of the site.
Phase 2
Outline Consent exists for up to 166,000 sq.ft additional employment space of which 86,000 sq.ft shall be B1 use. To ensure a range of employment uses are accommodated a flexible approach to this future development will be taken.
